Prior to this role, Nizete worked as Environmental Health Safety at Stefanutti Stocks Civils from April 2019 to November 2019. Nizete completed a Mestrado em Administração de Empresas, gestão de Sistemas Integrados em qualidade, ambiente e segurança at Instituto Superior de Ciências e Tecnologias de Moçambique from 2019 to 2020.
