Amit Bhangale

Amit Bhangale is a seasoned Reservoir Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently employed at PetroTel since December 2007. Amit's expertise encompasses tight oil and gas reservoirs, reserves and resource estimation, CO2 flooding studies, waterflood design and optimization, and gas condensate reservoir development. Key responsibilities include well performance analysis, reservoir model construction, history matching, and production forecasting. Prior to this role, Amit served as a Research Assistant at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, where notable work included the development of thermodynamic models for wax precipitation and gas hydrate equilibrium. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
