Mr. Hoang Xuan Duong

Mr. Hoang Xuan Duong was born in 1980 in Dong Hung, Thai Binh. Graduated the National Economics University (NEU) and he has 16 years working in oil & gas industry.

Started as an officer of Planning & Investment Division of PetroVietnam in 2004, Mr. Duong had been through many managing positions such as Deputy Manager (2008 – 2011), Deputy General Manager (2011 – 2017) and then Acting Deputy General Manager of Investment & Development Division (2017 – 2018). Since PetroVietnam finished the restructuring, he was appointed to Deputy General Manager of Economics & Investment Division.

With his various experiences and professional abilities, Mr. Hoang Xuan Duong was appointed to Vice President of PVEP since 15th April 2020.
