Vu Minh Duc

Mr. Vu Minh Duc was born in 1975 in Hanoi, he graduated Geologist at PolyTechnic College in Ho Chi Minh City and Master of Science in Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

In 1997, his very first step in Oil & Gas Sector was as geological engineer in Schlumberger Vietnam, and then in Dai Hung Enterprise – Vietsovpetro in 2000.

In period of 2003 – 2006, he was major technician, foreman at Central Processing Platform in PetroVietnam Technology & Service Company (PTSC).

From 2006 – 2009, he worked as Deputy Chief Foreman in Cuu Long Joint Operating Company.

In 2010, Mr. Vu Minh Duc was assigned as General Manager of Field Development Production, one of the most important Division of PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP).

In December 2015, he was promoted to General Director of Groupement Bir Seba – A Joint Operating Company to operate production in Block 433b & 416b (Algeria).

With his skill and experience, in December 2018, Mr. Vu Minh Duc was appointed as Vice President of PVEP, the key Company of Vietnam Oil & Gas Group.
