Mel Abramson

Melissa Abramson is an Assistance Animal Reviewer and Philanthropic Program Manager at PetScreening, where they apply their customer service background to enhance community interactions. A recent graduate of Appalachian State University, Melissa earned a degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services and a Minor in Communication Sciences and Disorders, which informs their understanding of human behavior and client relations. Previously, Melissa held various roles, including front desk staff and bartender at 10 High Country Lanes and assistant manager at Palm Beach Tan. Through these experiences, they developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, driving their long-term goal of making a positive impact in the community.
