Alexis Jejna

Alexis Jejna has extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership, primarily at PetSmart from May 2016 to May 2023, where roles included Principal HR Business Partner and Lead Human Resources Business Partner within corporate headquarters, supporting multiple executive leaders. Previously, Alexis served as the Senior Manager of Learning, overseeing strategic direction for learning initiatives, and began the career as a Store Operations Strategy Intern. In addition, Alexis contributed to the Network of Executive Women as Sponsorship Lead and Co-Chair for the Phoenix region from June 2018 to July 2020. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. in Marketing from Syracuse University and a B.S. in Marketing/Marketing Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
