Catherine Kolomitz has extensive experience in human capital solutions, currently serving as Sr. Manager at PetSmart since July 2008, where responsibilities include developing and executing emerging talent strategies and managing talent assessments. Catherine has also held roles such as Sr Human Capital Consultant and Emerging Talent Manager, focusing on employer branding and full life-cycle recruitment.
