Cici Moore

CiCi Moore is an accomplished professional in eCommerce and marketing technology with extensive experience leading product development and strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as VP of eCommerce Product & MarTech at PetSmart since June 2022, CiCi has previously held senior roles at USAA, Banner Health, and other organizations where significant achievements included enhancing customer experiences, optimizing marketing technology stacks, and driving digital engagement increases. CiCi's career includes a Master's degree in Applied Leadership and Management from W. P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Arizona State University.
