Dustin Baldwin

Dustin Baldwin currently serves as the Vice President of Store Operations at PetSmart, a position held since December 2006, with prior roles including Senior Director of Store Operations, Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and PMO, Project Alignment Manager, Project Alignment Leader, Supply Chain Logistical Analyst, and Store Manager. Baldwin is responsible for leading strategies and execution in Store Operations, focusing on in-store experience, associate education, process improvement, and operational execution. Additionally, Baldwin serves on the Board of Directors for Children's Cancer Network since February 2022 and was previously the General Manager at Play It Again Sports and Fitness. Baldwin holds a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt from Arizona State University and has pursued further education at Arizona State University West and Glendale Community College.
