Emily Feldman is currently the Sr. Director of Loyalty & Member Experience at PetSmart, a position assumed in 2023, following their role as Director in the same department from 2020 to 2023. Prior to joining PetSmart, they served as an Engagement Manager and Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2016 to 2018. Emily also completed an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management, graduating in 2014, and was a Climate Corps Fellow at the Environmental Defense Fund in 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a B.A. in Economics and English Language and Literature at the University of Chicago.
