Ginette Betts is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in associate relations and HR strategy implementation within PetSmart since June 2012. Currently serving as the Sr. Associate Relations Case Manager for Canada, Ginette collaborates with various teams to foster effective business partnerships and share HR best practices. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Associate HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with HR strategies. Prior to PetSmart, Ginette held multiple HR roles at SRG - Stevens Resource Group Inc. and holds a Human Resource Management Certification from Sheridan College and an Honours BA in Human Geography from Brock University.
