Jack Richards

Jack Richards has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Assistant Store Leader at PetSmart since April 2020, following roles as Customer Engagement Leader. Prior to PetSmart, Jack held the position of Store Manager at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America and Reebok, where leadership of a team was emphasized. Earlier experience includes Store Leader at Payless ShoeSource and various roles at Skechers, ranging from Sales Associate to Store Manager.
