Jackie Kemp

Jackie Kemp has extensive retail management experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a District Leader at PetSmart since May 2010, Jackie has held multiple roles within the company, including Regional Services Business Partner for the Southeast Region and Interim Regional Salon Business Partner, focusing on daily operations, coaching, and developing leadership teams. Previous experience includes roles as Store Manager at Pier 1 Imports and as Assistant Store Manager at Old Navy, where responsibilities included day-to-day operations and customer service enhancement. Jackie began a career in retail at Gadzooks as a Sales Associate and later advanced to General Manager at Linens N Things, where responsibilities included guest service. Education was pursued at Wake Technical Community College from 2002 to 2004.
