Ken English

Ken English, CFI, LPC, is a seasoned professional in loss prevention and internal fraud investigation, currently serving as a Senior Internal Fraud Investigator at PetSmart since July 2019. Previously, Ken held the position of District Asset Protection Operations Manager at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included reviewing shrink performance and managing reduction strategies. Ken’s extensive experience spans various roles such as Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Dollar General and District Loss Prevention Manager at Walgreens, where investigations into internal misconduct and operational issues were key focuses. Ken began a career in loss prevention with roles at Paul Stuart, Inc. and Sears Holdings Corporation, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of North Texas.
