Matthew Gerland

Matthew Gerland is a seasoned Program and Project Manager with extensive experience in leading multiple phase programs within the Business Enabling Systems PMO. Currently serving as Program Manager at PetSmart since November 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Sr. Project Manager at PetSmart Corporate Headquarters from January 2021 to December 2024. Prior roles include Sr. Project Manager at Progilisys Solutions, Lead Project Manager at Paradigm Technology, and Lead Technical Project Manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, among others. Matthew has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects, implementing project management methodologies, and managing substantial budgets across various industries, with a background in establishing and enhancing project management offices. Matthew holds a BS in Business Management Organization Behavior from Rider University.
