Melanie McGill

Melanie McGill, M.S., has extensive experience in retail management and human resources, currently serving as a Regional Services Business Partner at PetSmart since September 2011, following roles as District HR Captain and Store Manager within the company. Prior to PetSmart, Melanie was a Store Manager at CVS Caremark Corporation from June 2006 to September 2011 and held various leadership positions, including Senior Team Leader and Team Leader at Target from March 1993 to June 2006. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Securities and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Administration, both obtained from the University of Phoenix, as well as a High School Diploma from Atwater High School.
