Melanie Millaway, CFI, LPC, serves as the Senior Director of Investigations & Enterprise Security at PetSmart, where responsibilities include leading teams focused on internal and external theft, fraud, and threat investigations, as well as managing fraud mitigation strategies for the eCommerce platform. With a career at PetSmart since June 2007, Melanie has held several titles including Director of Investigations & Security and Area Director of Loss Prevention & Safety, overseeing loss prevention operations for thousands of stores across multiple states and countries. Additionally, experience includes roles at UPS and the National Park Service, with a foundation in Criminology from St. Mary's University.
