Kruti Nagar is a People and Culture Partner at PetSure, where they execute the People Strategy and Business Operations while supporting strategic business objectives and advising on talent management. Previously, Kruti held various roles in human resources, including Generalist and Administrator positions at The De Beers Group and BDO South Africa, where they engaged in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations. Kruti holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa and a certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner from True Awakenings. Additionally, Kruti pursued studies in Project Management Foundations at the University of Cape Town and has a keen interest in fostering a positive workplace culture.
