In 1996, they started their career at Tyco as a Manufacturing / Project Engineer. Scott then moved on to become a Production Manager before leaving the company in 2004.
From 2004 to 2010, Scott worked at Terex Corporation, where they served as a Lean Promotions Manager and then as an Operations Manager.
In 2010, they joined Pettibone, LLC and worked as a General Manager until 2013. Scott then moved on to The Heico Companies LLC, where they held the position of Director of Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement in 2013.
Scott returned to Pettibone in 2015, this time as the Vice President of Operations. Scott held this role until 2017, when they became the Vice President & General Manager of Pettibone/Traverse Lift, LLC. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of President of the company.
Throughout their career, Scott has shown expertise in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and general management, making him a valuable asset to any organization they work with.
Scott Raffaelli obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, graduating in 1996. Additionally, they earned a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university.
