Emily M. Osetek

Emily Osetek is the Chief Executive Officer of PETTIGREW. Osetek has over 30 years of RCM expertise and is an industry leader in this field. Osetek began her healthcare career working in the private hospital setting and learned all phases of Part A and B billing. She was later recruited by large RCM firms to help reengineer their companies for profitability as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards. Osetek later bought and built her own RCM firm, Sourcenet Medical Billing Associates. She joined PETTIGREW in August 2019 as the result of the PETTIGREW acquisition of Sourcenet. Osetek was named COO, and led operations for the U.S, India and the Philippines. She was promoted to CEO May 2022 and will continue to lead the company into its bright future.
