Mia Flores

Manager, Bilingual Call Center at Pettigrew Medical

Mia has over 15 years of Customer Service and Management Experience and is a certified Medical office administration specialist (ROP at Riverside Community College 2002), as well as, a certified Professional Medical Interpreter (UGA 2021). She started with PETTIGREW in 2012 and has since helped the training development of Iloilo Call Center. In 2016 Mia was promoted to head of the Bilingual Call Center in the US.
