Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Pettinaro since September 2021, Colleen previously held key financial management roles, including Payroll and Finance Manager at Odyssey Charter School and Associate Head of School and Chief Financial Officer at Saint Edmond's Academy. Colleen's extensive experience also includes positions at Upland Country Day School, West Chester University, and Westtown School, where significant contributions included substantial cost savings and strategic financial planning enhancements. Colleen began a career as Controller at Conectiv Services and Chief Financial Officer at Artisans' Savings Bank. The current residential portfolio consists of approximately two thousand existing apartment homes located in Delaware, Maryland and Florida as well as new, resort-styled homes in Bethany Bay and the luxurious Pointe at Brandywine Park.
