Carlo Garcia

Carlo Garcia is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in database development and application design. Currently serving as the Director of IT Development at PetVet Care Centers since June 2014, Carlo has successfully implemented secure and scalable database applications and automated data processes for the organization. Previously, Carlo owned and developed custom database and web applications at ETL5 LLC, demonstrating expertise in Microsoft technologies. At Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Carlo led a team in the creation of tracking application systems while adhering to FIPS and HIPAA standards. Earlier career involvement as a Programmer at Eltman, Eltman and Cooper P.C. provided foundational experience in IT. Carlo holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The City College of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pace University.
