Natalie Poe has been working in the animal care industry for over 19 years. Natalie started out as a technician at The Village Vet at Sterling Ridge, where they quickly gained experience and became skilled in all aspects of animal care. Natalie also handled all inventory purchasing for the clinic. After 9 years at The Village Vet, Natalie became Operations Manager at Best Buy, where they managed a crew of 80-125 people each day. Natalie was responsible for driving business, as well as payroll, inventory, onboarding, and all customer relations. After 6 years at Best Buy, Natalie returned to the animal care industry as Practice Manager at PetWell Partners. Natalie has been in this role for 4 years and 6 months.
