Current CFO and IRO of Petz, Aline joined the company in 2021 and is also in charge of M&A, Business Development, and ESG. From 2017 to 2021, Aline held the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Investor Relations Director of Arezzo&Co, responsible for structuring strategic initiatives to support the company’s accelerated growth, conducting five M&As (including the renowned brands Reserva and Vans) and the creation of ZZ Ventures, its Corporate venture capital arm.
Previously, Aline worked in the financial Market, with fifteen years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Equity Investments & Analysis (Buy-side), most of the time at HSBC Bank.
In 2022, Aline was elected the best CFO executive in the Brazilian retail industry, awarded by Institutional Investor. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.
