Aline Penna

Aline Penna's work experience includes a role as Chief Financial Officer at Petz starting in 2021. Aline is also a Board Member at Tania Bulhões since 2023 and an Independent Board Member at Karsten S.A. since 2022. Prior to these roles, Aline worked at Arezzo&Co from 2017 to 2021, where they served as the Chief Strategy Officer/Investor Relations Officer and was responsible for various strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships. Aline was recognized as Latin America's Best IR Professional in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Before joining Arezzo&Co, Aline worked at Bradesco as a Buy Side Sr. Equity Research Analyst and at HSBC where they held positions as Buy-Side Sr. Equity Research Analyst and Vice President of Private Equity. Aline also worked at Banco Santander as an Analyst and Intern in various roles.

Aline Penna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Vértice from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Aline obtained the CGA certification for Gestores ANBIMA from the institution ANBIMA in 2013.
