Jaiprakash Singh Hasrajani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and digital product leadership. Currently serving as Founder, CEO, and Digital Product Manager at ValeurHR, Jaiprakash has driven the development of HCM SaaS products and HR advisory services across Singapore, Australia, and India since June 2009. In addition, Jaiprakash leads vExecution, focusing on AI-driven HCM solutions, and advises PeuplePlus Technologies as a Board Advisor. Prior roles include HR Generalist Manager at Dell, where Jaiprakash managed a large tech support unit and executed strategic HR initiatives, and various positions in recruitment and staffing at companies such as Quark and Artech Information Systems. Jaiprakash holds an MBA in Computer Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
