Alan van der Hilst

Alan van der Hilst is an experienced Senior Research Officer at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where Alan serves as the primary independent reviewer for various research projects. Prior to their current role, Alan worked as a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office and as a Doctoral Student/Graduate Instructor at the University of Washington. Alan also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University. Alan holds a Ph.D. in Public Finance from the University of Washington and a BA in Finance from Manhattanville College.
