Richard Silver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in evaluation and learning at The Pew Charitable Trusts, serving in various capacities since June 2007, including Senior Officer, Evaluation and Learning, and Principal Associate, Evaluation. Responsibilities include providing strategic planning and evaluation support for numerous initiatives in public health, environmental conservation, and civic engagement, among others. Richard manages a significant program planning and performance reporting process for over 60 initiatives and has contributed to a nationwide research project on state government management practices. Prior experience includes working on the Ed Rendell for Governor Campaign as an intern and serving as Promotions Coordinator at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Richard holds a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology from The George Washington University.
