Amanda Rogers has a diverse work experience in various industries. Amanda started their career as an Intern at Green Map System in 2011. Amanda then worked as a Resident Assistant at Finlandia University from 2009 to 2011. After that, they became a Greenfield Village Historic Presenter at The Henry Ford from 2009 to 2011, where they provided educational experiences to visitors. In 2011, they worked as a Design Consultant at Accent Remodeling, where they used Chief Architect to design various spaces. In 2012, they served as a Studio Assistant and Consultant at Brenda O Art, where they provided assistance in exhibition proposals and managed the artist's production schedule. Amanda also worked as a Freelance Designer/Consultant at Amanda Rogers Designs, offering graphic design, marketing, and photography services to clients. In 2013, they joined Integrity Shows as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for designing print and digital materials for art fairs and events. Amanda briefly worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks in 2015. Currently, they are the Marketing Director at Pewabic, a position they have held since December 2015. In the Women's Caucus for Art, Amanda has held various positions, including Vice President, Young Women's Caucus Advisor, and National Board Director.
Amanda Rogers attended Finlandia University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Sustainable Design with a focus on textiles.

Founded in 1903, Pewabic is one of the oldest continually operating potteries in the country. Working out of our National Historic Landmark studio on Detroit's east side, we preserve a tradition of hand craftsmanship that has enriched lives for generations. Pewabic today is an active working pottery, architectural tile studio, ceramic arts education center and vibrant cultural destination that attracts visitors from around the world. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we continue to be guided by a singular mission: to enrich the human spirit through clay.
