Kate Mitchell

Kate Mitchell is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and governance. Presently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Ralliant, Kate also holds roles on the Investment Advisory Committee of Operator Collective and as a member of the Investment Committee at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. A Partner Emeritus and Founder at Scale Venture Partners, Kate's expertise lies in investing in AI-enabled enterprise software companies. Additional affiliations include mentoring at Kauffman Fellows, serving as Vice Chair Emerita at the Private Equity Women Investor Network, and participating on the Board of Fortive. Kate is also actively involved with Broadway Angels and was a Founding Board Member of Venture Forward. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science from Stanford University, an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University, an Executive Program in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Business School, and recent studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
