Alex Najem

Vice President of Engineering at PEX Card

Alex Najem has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and development. Alex started their career in 1999 at MarketSource as a Developer, where they developed advertising portals and websites for clients. Alex then co-founded a startup fantasy football portal, GetInTheGame, where they served as Chief Software Architect & Co-Owner. In 2002, they joined ProcureStaff Technologies as a Software Developer, and was later promoted to Software Development Manager and then Director, Product Development. In 2014, they moved to IQNavigator as Sr. Director, Technical Consulting, where they created the Technical Center of Excellence. Finally, they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering at PEX Card in 2016.

Alex Najem attended Lawrence High School from 1994 to 1998, and then went on to Rutgers University, where they earned a BS in Computer Science in 2002. Alex has also obtained several certifications, including Integration Developer I from Dell Boomi in December 2015, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2014, and Introduction to Artificial Intelligence from edX.
