Jessica O'Hearn has held various positions in the corporate, event tech, and cosmetics industries since 2011. In 2021, they began working as Senior Manager of Customer Services and OKR Champion at PEX, a New York based fintech company. At PEX they are responsible for the management, development, and strategic direction of the Customer Service Teams. From 2018 to 2021, they held the roles of Associate Director of Operations, Manager of Customer Service and OKR Champion, and Client Experience Team Manager at Luster, an event tech startup. From 2014 to 2018, they held the roles of Lexington Ave Shop and Spa Manager, Manager in Training, Temporary Shop Manager, and Floor Leader at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance Costume Designer and Theater Director from 2011 to 2014.
Jessica O'Hearn obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft from New York University. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified OKR Professional certification from OKRsTraining.com in November 2021 and an ERP Certified certification.
