Julie McAllister

Julie McAllister has worked in the software industry for over 20 years. Julie began their career in 2000 as a QA/Software Support for Management Technology America/NES Rentals. In 2005, they moved to Varsity Gold as a QA Lead/Test Engineer/Software Support. In 2009, Julie began working for IHS/SpheraSolutions as a Senior SQA Test Engineer, where they tested various modules in their Environmental Software Suite, worked with the Development and Product Management teams to provide requirements for new enhancements, and documented Customer issues and requests. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior QA Test Engineer at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE). Most recently, in 2021, Julie began working as a Sr QA Engineer at Pex.

Julie McAllister attended Northern Illinois University from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Accounting. Julie then transferred to Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business, where they earned an Accounting degree in 1984.
