Noam Yaffe

Noam Yaffe is an accomplished professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in business development, investment banking, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President at Pexapark since February 2025, Noam plays a key role in expanding business operations across the United States following the acquisition of RenewaFi, which Noam founded and led as CEO from October 2019 until its acquisition. Notably, Noam built the first renewables pricing platform in the US, raised significant venture capital, and established partnerships with major companies such as BP and Shell. Prior experience includes positions at Recurrent Energy, where Noam managed origination and structuring, and earlier roles in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets and Bowen Advisors, contributing to substantial M&A transactions. Noam holds a BA in International Relations from Tufts University and has an additional academic background from Tel Aviv University.
