Yulduz (Yu) R. has been working in the advertising and marketing industry since 2018. Yulduz (Yu) began their career as an Advertising Photographer at Pexels in 2018. In 2021, they joined Upkey as a Summer Intern in Marketing and an Entrepreneurship Hackathon Programme Intern.

Yulduz (Yu) R. has a diverse educational background. From 2013 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Advertising and Design from the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design. In 2015, they participated in an Academic Exchange Program at Keimyung college University, studying Advertising and Public Relations. From 2018 to 2022, they are pursuing their Master's degree in Communication Management (Advertising, Public Relations, Branding) at the University of Wroclaw. In 2019, they were part of the Erasmus+ Program at Europa-Universität Flensburg, studying Culture, Language, and Media. Yulduz (Yu) has also obtained three additional certifications: Branding and Customer Experience from Coursera (2021), Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization from LinkedIn (2021), and German C1 from Online Linguistic Support (OLS) ERASMUS+ (2019).
