Hilda Moraa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fintech and innovation space. Hilda is the Founder & CEO of Pezesha, a company that aims to solve inequalities and gaps in the financial sector by promoting financial inclusion for underserved MSMEs. Hilda Moraa also serves as a Board Director at Konza Technopolis Development Authority and has been appointed to the COVID-19 ICT & Innovations Advisory Committee of Kenya by the Ministry of ICT, Innovation, and Youth Affairs.

Hilda has been actively involved in the startup ecosystem, including being a Station F Board Member, the largest startup campus globally, and working as a FinTech Consultant for various companies, including M-kopa and PesaZetu.

Hilda also began their career at Coca-Cola Sabco as a Master Data Analyst & Innovations Implementer, where they analyzed sales and distribution data and implemented innovative solutions.

Outside of their work experience, Hilda Moraa has also authored a book called "A Kenyan Startup Journey," which provides practical advice and lessons they learned as the Founder & CEO of WezaTele.

Hilda Moraa's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Loreto Limuru High School for their secondary education. After completing their secondary education in 2006, they enrolled in Strathmore University and obtained a Diploma in Business Information Technology (DBIT) with a focus on Information Technology Project Management from 2006 to 2008.
