Job Tawiah has held various roles in the financial services industry since 2013. In 2013, they were a Loan and Recovery Officer at Dream Finance Ltd. In 2015, they were a Credit Analyst and Recovery Officer at Solidario micro finance. In 2016, they were a Senior Digital Loan Officer and Business Development at Atlas Money Ghana. From 2018 to 2021, they held two roles at Bloom Impact, including Regional Manager and Associate Operations Manager and Business Development. Currently, they are the Head of Collections & Recovery in Ghana at Pezesha, where they are responsible for developing strategic touchpoints for Collections, ensuring efficiency in Collections, streamlining Collections through the company's tech hub, and managing portfolios to ensure PAR remains single. Additionally, they are in charge of getting in touch with customers to ensure repayments are done on time.

Job Tawiah completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computerized Accounting from Kumasi Technical University between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a HND Accounting from Kumasi Polytechnic between 2009 and 2012. JOB also obtained a WASSCE from Kings College between 2004 and 2007, with a focus on Business.
