Benjamin Søtang S. Olsen

Benjamin Søtang S. Olsen is a Senior Data Scientist at PFA since September 2018, leading the development of data science products focused on Anti-Fraud, disabilities insurance, and AML. Key achievements include the creation of an anti-fraud solution that significantly improved the bottom line, the introduction of a screening solution for disability insurance applications, and enhancements in data reporting frequency. Previous roles include Data Scientist at Erhvervsstyrelsen, Junior Researcher at IT-Universitetet i København, and Student Assistant positions at Forsvarsministeriet and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Big Data from IT-Universitetet i København, along with various other educational qualifications in computer science, business informatics, and economics.
