Claus Tomra currently serves as the Head of Digital Technology & Platform and the Head of Digital Business at PFA, a position held since April 2016. Claus is a Certified SAFe® Product Owner, responsible for the Streamliners team, which develops PFA's customer-facing portal, Mit PFA, focusing on cross-cutting customer experiences.
