Flemming Dahl

Flemming Dahl has over 30 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in IT and incident management. Starting in 1986, they worked as an Assistant Technico-Commercial at Esterel, providing hotline support and education in reservation systems. From 1986 to 1988, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at L'Air Liquide, maintaining applications and assisting end-users. Flemming then joined Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings (Sadolin) as an IT Assistant, later becoming a Team Lead Customer Service, responsible for order handling and personnel management. In 1997, they became a Helpdesk Supervisor at Novia Denmark A/S, providing support for departure control systems for multiple airlines. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at Scandinavian IT Group as a Manager on Duty, overseeing incident management and international support center operations. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at CSC in various roles, including Incident Manager, Test Manager, and Professional Service Delivery Coordinator, where they implemented new routines and managed major incidents. Between 2015 and 2017, they worked as a Security Incident Coordinator at the Centre for Cyber Security. Currently, Flemming is employed at PFA, where they have held roles as an IT Risk & Control Manager and is currently serving as the Lead IT Risk Manager.

Flemming Dahl's education history is as follows:

Flemming attended Niels Brock in 2006, completing the Akademiuddannelsen Informationsteknologi program with a degree in IT Projektstyring. In the same institution in 2005, they also pursued the Akademiuddannelsen Informationsteknologi program, focusing on Software konstruktion.

In 1996-1997, Flemming studied Internationalisering at Niels Brock for Merkonomskolen. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they pursued a degree in International markedsføring (fransk) at Niels Brock in Merkonomskolen.

Flemming also obtained a certification as an EDB-assistent from Niels Brock in 1985-1986.

Flemming furthered their language skills by completing a Diplôme de langue et culture francaise from L’institut Catholique de Paris in 1983-1984.

Flemming began their education at Vestre Borgerdyd gymnasium, where they completed their Matematisk/fysisk studentereksamen in 1980-1983.

Flemming also possesses various certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in 2021, and ISO/IEC 27005 Lead Risk Manager from Readynez. Flemming has additional certifications in ISTQB and ITIL, but the institutions and years of completion are not specified.
