Gerald Zeder

Gerald Zeder is an experienced quality management professional with a diverse background in overseeing product and system quality across various sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at Pfannenberg Incorporated since May 2021, previous roles include Process Engineer at HSBC, where Gerald consulted on customer experience enhancement within Wealth & Personal Banking, and Quality Manager at WENDEL Companies, where Gerald developed the first formal Quality Management Systems for multiple facilities.
