Nicholas Campenni, SHRM-CP, RBLP-T, is the Founder and CEO of CAMPLEAD™, focusing on leadership and team development and serving as an Authorized Training Partner for the Resilience-Building Leader Program certifications. Nicholas is also a Protection Agent at PFC Safeguards, conducting site assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies while collaborating with the Executive Protection team. Previously, Nicholas held various roles at Allied Universal, including Account Manager and Armed Security Supervisor, where emphasis was placed on staff development and training. With a significant service record in the United States Marine Corps, Nicholas managed logistics, training, and equal opportunity initiatives, earning a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from National University.
