Gina-Marie Filipetto

Gina-Marie Filipetto is a seasoned logistics and program management professional with extensive experience in the food services and dairy industries. Currently serving as the Logistics Program Manager at PFD Food Services Pty Ltd since August 2021, Gina-Marie has been instrumental in establishing and leading the PMO for logistics, fostering a transformative project management culture, and driving successful project and program outcomes. Prior to this role, Gina-Marie held various positions at Parmalat Australia from May 2003 to July 2021, including Program Manager, National Process Improvement Manager, and Victorian Logistics Operational Manager, among others. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Administration Manager at Battaerd Mansley from January 1999 to January 2003. Gina-Marie holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from Griffith University, completed between 1990 and 1994.
