From July 2011 to March 2015, James was Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager at QffS & Prime Foodservice Meats. Additionally, James served as Territory Sales Manager at Metcash from September 2009 to July 2011, and began a career in the food industry as Executive Chef at Niche Weddings & Events (Pty) Ltd from July 2005 to September 2009.
