Friederike Baur

Friederike Baur is an experienced professional in personnel development and organizational management, currently serving as Referentin Personalentwicklung at Pfeiffer Vacuum since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role at the Hessisches Ministerium der Finanzen, where Friederike contributed to establishing an internal consulting unit for organizational development and change management.
