Mirko Mekota

Mirko Mekota has extensive experience in product lifecycle engineering and development, currently serving as Head of Product Lifecycle Engineering for Turbopumps at Pfeiffer Vacuum since October 2005. Previously, Mirko held various leadership roles at Pfeiffer Vacuum, including Head of Development for Small and Midsize Turbopumps and Head of Basic Research for Turbomolecular Pumps. Prior to joining Pfeiffer Vacuum, Mirko worked as a Project Manager at SELZER Fertigungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG and Schott Glaswerke AG. Mirko holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completed in 1997.
