Jessica Becker is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in overseeing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources at PFERD North America and as the Owner of MKE Creative Design, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, compensation, and workforce development. Previous roles include HR Director at Kesslers Diamond Center and Tulip Richardson Manufacturing, where management of HR operations for extensive employee bases was a key responsibility. Jessica also founded Diskret, an e-commerce retailer, leading digital marketing strategies for substantial growth.
