Heather Mela

Heather Mela, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Regional Director of Human Resources (Northeast) at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC since February 2022. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Human Resources Manager at Rue Insurance from August 2017 to February 2022, and Human Resources Generalist at Traction Tire from June 2006 to August 2017. Heather also worked as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance from May 2005 to May 2006. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from La Salle University, graduating in 2005.
