Previously, Ryan managed $65M in electric transmission line and substation projects for AES Ohio, supporting significant investment in energy infrastructure. Ryan’s background includes leadership roles in legal operations and customer success at RingCentral and DocuSign, along with consulting experience for high-profile clients like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Ryan's career also spans organizational change management and instructional design within Mosaic, complemented by a formal education in science from the University of Cape Town and the University of Victoria.
